Las Palmas by the Sea All Inclusive

Lovely hotel with a great vibe. We loved the design and decor. We loved our room, but we lucked out big time. Our friends staying there with us got a horrible room with 2 small windows that barely opened. Staff were all very friendly, kind and helpful. Every single employee we encountered was fantastic.

The service was above and beyond. Super friendly. I loved the ease of the all inclusiveness. The activities and entertainment were great and it all added a special feel to our stay. The rooms were clean and tidy. Exceptional for the age of the establishment. Everything was close by; the pools, the beach, the restaurant. I liked that there were 3 options for eating. Many of the food options were great. I liked the hamburgers and hot dogs. The buffet was extensive and displayed beautifully. And the people working in thy buffet were kind and polite. The hot chocolate was amazing as well. A big thank you to Nacho who we met at the front. He was friendly, full of personality, and engaging. He made some great first impressions for las palmas.

food was good great variety however cold. coke would be great to have or other options. better towels in the rooms great people...... everyone was awesome.
